To give you and idea,
this is what we did for our last tasting....
We are privileged to have Kym Tolley, Penley Estates
head winemaker with us that evening - and what a pedigree this man
has. Kym comes from a tradition
steeped in winemaking as
on his mothers side he is a direct
descendant of Penfolds founder Dr Christopher Rawson Penfold (Kym’s
great- great- great Grandfather) and on his fathers side he is a
Tolley, another one of Australia’s premier wine families.
Kym grew up with red wine in
his blood (figuratively speaking) where prior to establishing Penley Estate he gained
invaluable experience working for Penfolds under the tutorage of
Grange creator Max Schubert.
So you think this man knows a thing or two about wine?? Llisten to Kym and enjoy a fantastic fun evening.
