Are you having one of those weeks and need a relaxing midweek break? Well we've got the answer for you.
Every Wednesday night enjoy great food and cool jazz
with the Paula Girvan Duo to get you through the rest of
the week. Paula on piano and David on
double bass explore the range of the jazz genre, ranging from soft
ballads to classic swing numbers which brings yet another dimension to the variety of jazz played
at the Jazbar. Paula and David enjoy creating a sound for
listeners to enjoy so you will instantly warm to the cool jazz
renditions of some the world's most recognised songs. 6:30 -
9:30pm.

TASTINGS

If you love wines, join us for our wine tastings where you can sample
wines that you may not have tried before and taste and learn about the
wines and their subtleties. Learn also how and why certain wine
best matches certain foods with education presented by a seasoned wine
expert. We mix the tastings up with different formats and have
even done a beer degustation! All this as well as live jazz music
with the Paula Girvan Duo.
Attendance is by booking only as numbers are limited.

 Every
Friday night Sass n' Jazz play a mix of classic to modern
jazz, swinging blues and grooving bossa-novas which are sure to delight
every taste. They feature prolific musicians, Clancy Cullen (vocals), Andrea
Vocaturo (guitar), and Joff Bush (piano) who are here to ease you into
the weekend. 7:00 - 10pm.

 Formed
in early 2008, this new Brisbane trio are excited to be bringing you jazz on
Saturday nights. You'll enjoy listening to a wide variety of jazz
standards in different styles and will warm to their intimate approach and
love of music. Swing, latin, blues and even some funk will feature in
their ever expanding repertoire and they look forward to enhancing your
culinary and musical experience. The trio features James Tod on piano
with Adam Ballard on bass and Chelsea Allen on drums. 7:00 - 10pm.
