If you are considering a more informal style of dining, maybe a finger food or canapé format will be more suitable, where your guests can mingle and enjoy a drink along with the tasty offerings that our talented chefs can provide.

Because of the number of variations involved, we like to discuss what exactly you are looking for and then design a menu suited to your individual requirements based on diet and budget.

There are many and varied options when it comes to canapés so here’s just a small taste of what we can provide:-

-          Seared scallops w sicilian tomato salsa

-          Rare peppered beef on crostini w red onion jam & horseradish cream

-          Sweet chilli, mango & prawn wantons

-          Danish fetta & sundried tomato tartlet

-          Smoked salmon w spinach & caper cream filling

 ** As these canapés are hand made, bookings must be made in advance.  Please see “Group Booking Information” for all details or ask us when you call.
 

FINGER FOOD

 If you are looking to have a few drinks in the bar accompanied by finger food, we can provide you with platters for $10p/p which include the following:- 

-          Spring rolls

-          Spicy potato bites

-          Moroccan meatballs

-          Spinach & fetta pastries

-          Chicken skewers

-          Golden wedges

-          Accompanying sauces

** Please note that some of these items could change depending on what our chefs are creating on the day.  Please ask if you would like confirmation beforehand.  These platters are available in the bar only from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.  Orders must be placed no later than 2:00pm of the day required.
